Het basismateriaal van de stuurlint is gemaakt van EVA-schuim in verschillende kleuren. Het oppervlaktemateriaal is bedekt met zwart geperforeerd, kleverig polyurethaan, wat zorgt voor een goede grip, zelfs in omstandigheden.
