Winemaking:
Four seperate components all fermented separately before being brought together to paint a pool party of a wine.
Skin-contact Ribolla Gialla brings an acid driven structure. Barrel ferment Fiano offers apples, pears and honeysuckle. Skin-contact Greco offers saltiness and Giallo brings fingerlime and florals.
2023 was a cooler and longer ripening season than most years leading us to hanging the fruit out on the vine for a little bit longer to develop more intense fruit characters. 100% destemmed and pressed straight to tank for ferment. Complete malolactic fermentation for a bit more texture before heading straight to glass to lock in the freshness. Bright, young, fresh, chilled, delicious.
