#Warranty
3D U Ace 1-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and guarantees 3D U Ace Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship after retail purchase from an authorized 3D U Ace dealer. A warehouse deal or closeout seller is not an authorized dealer.
This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Warranty does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.
If a 3D/U Ace product is suspected to be defective, contact customer service at [email protected] along with a photo and proof of purchase for warranty claims. All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the carton being returned. The entire product must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), shipped freight prepaid (unless otherwise specified). 3D/U Ace reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
Credit will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of defective goods. Customer Service will notify you of rejected claims.
In the event the product is deemed defective by 3D/U Ace, Inc. a credit for the cost of the freight will be issued.
This 3D/U Ace Inc., limited three (3) warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All returns must be shipped to the following address & be sure to include a copy of RMA Form.

Lemon

I love the watch design, but the watch itself is a complete lemon. I have bought this watch three separate times and it still does not work properly. The first time, the hour and minute hand swung freely in the watch. I returned it directly to Timex. The second time, I bought from Amazon thinking the first watch had defect and the return policy with Amazon is less cumbersome than Timex. Right out of the box, I set the date/time and played around with the features of the watch that I most commonly use, most the chrono function. When I press start on the chrono function, the watch completely blacks out and resets itself somehow, meaning I have to set the date/time again. I sent the watch back to Amazon for a replacement. When the new watch arrived...same issue...the watch resets itself every time I start the chrono function. Very disappointing. Come on, Timex. You are better than this.

Garbage

Absolute garbage. The date that came up was from 2022. Most buttons did not work. Once you got into changing the time, etc, the watch locked up and would not get out of 'timer' mode. The watch lost 10 minutes in three hours. Do not purchase.

Cheap buckle and band. Did not last one day

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
Watch buckle is made of plastic that looks like metal. The watch band broke off the watch face 1 hour into my 12 hour shift. It LOOKS really cool. Love the Boho look, but the quality of the watch band and buckle are very cheap and not at all durable.
