Party packs ship deflated but easily inflate with any needle-nose hand-held pump (not included). For best inflation results: inflate balls and allow to sit for 24 hours to allow material to loosen and expand. After initial inflation continue to inflate to full size. The amount of time to reach full size will depend on the ambient temperature and humidity. For best practice, wash with mild soap and water before use.
