採摘下的菊花，經處理烘乾後，可做為香料、食材用。
乾燥菊花加冰糖，以滾開水沖泡，可清涼、解渴。
「白菊花」味較甘，保養眼睛
「黃菊花」味較苦，平時生活壓力大如果又經常晚睡熬夜，有口乾口苦、眼睛紅赤等可以選擇
白黃菊花屬性偏微寒，易手腳冰冷、拉肚子的朋友，喝菊花茶反而會覺得腸胃不舒服
*菊花茶
• 材料:乾燥菊花少許。
•作法:將少許乾燥菊花洗淨,放入茶壺，加入熱水沖泡即可飲用。
【枸杞菊花茶】
材料：乾燥白菊花3克、枸杞6克。
作法：將上述材料以500c.c熱水燜泡10分鐘，即可飲用，可續回沖至味淡。

I absolutely love these things. But the first time I put them on in the living room. The walk to my bedroom was VERY interesting 😂😂😂 I now know I need to put them on and hang out for a bit, or simply go to bed. They do exactly what I need them to do. Feet feel great afterwards! With the right lotion, only need to use one every couple of weeks.

Stains easily. Tight for men's size 11 feet

Husband wore dark cotton socks over these gel foot covers overnight and the covers picked up color from the socks. Tried hand washing, even dabbing with a bleach soaked paper towel, but the stains remained. The covers are a bit tight for men's size 11. Edit: After a few more hand washings the stains began to fade. However one tore around the leg opening when taking it off.
