From the publisher:

Laine is an international knit and lifestyle magazine. In issue 25 (Summer 2025), we showcase twelve beautiful knitting patterns as well as interesting articles from the world of fibre.

Our beautiful summer issue, Laine 25, Stillness, takes you to an old summer cabin by the lakeside — nestled in the woods, surrounded by birch and pine trees, fresh waters and blue skies. The photos capture the quiet beauty and serenity of Finnish summer. This issue includes twelve light and relaxed summer garments and accessories, perfect for the warmer months. The knits are worked in a variety of yarns suited for summer, and they feature many interesting techniques and textures.

Designers featured in this issue: Audrey Borrego, Antonio Jesús CastilloUrquízar, Lindsey Fowler, Sus Gepard, Maria Gomes, Kaori Katsurada, Linda Lencovic, Lotta H Löthgren, Marina Storm, Maaike van Geijn, Imkevon Nathusius and Marie-Ève Wedge.

Issue 25, Summer 2025, includes:

148 pages

12 knitting patterns: 2 sweaters, 3 cardigans, 3 T-shirts/tops, 3 shawls, 1 pair of socks.

An interview with the British knitter and yarn entrepreneur Milli Abrams, who is set to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in a bid to raise money for charity.

An article about Stéphanie Schiffgens, a shepherdess from Oregon who raises Gotland sheep in the US, producing long and lustrous wool adored by knitters around the world.

Jeanette Sloan’s column Fibre Talk, where she meets Louis Boria (@brooklynboyknits), a New York-based knitwear designer, teacher, activist and TEDx speaker.

The Five Ways article providing experts’ tips on how to take better photos of your knits.

Great price for a great product
Color: Coal Black
Excellent quality and great price to boot. Easy to assemble and folds up easily to be stored. We are using it as a privacy screen when we have company that needs to sleep on the couch and also to block off a hallway leading to a guest suite. It looks great and is as described in the ad

No.
Color: Coal Black, Color: Coal Black
This was horribly made and a nightmare to put together. You have to basically bend the bars to get the coverings attached. The sizes don't match. The stickers that label the parts are impossible to remove and if you do get them off theres a lot of residue left behind. On top of that once it was put together I noticed theres a big dirty foot print on it which is definitely not mine.

You have to add weight to it
Color: Coal Black
It does its job and it was easy to put together but it's a little on the flimsy side and it will easily be knocked down. So you're going to have to figure out a way to make the legs heavier? I used cinder blocks, single cinder blocks and it works just fine. Just know that it will knock over super easy

Color: Coal Black
My office is in my loft. But there are things along the wall I don’t want to look at. These work great. Hides what I don’t want to see & is a classy look in the room. Sturdy, easy to assemble, well made.
