Bushman's Revenge have been called the missing link between Albert Ayler and Black Sabbath and a Marshall amp version of John Coltrane's Interstellar Space (1974). With Jazz, Fritt Etter Hukommelsen, their eighth album, they go all the way back to their humble beginnings and for the first time do what can loosely be dubbed a "proper" jazz album, hence the album title which translates to "Jazz, From Memory" in English. The goal, according to guitarist Even Hermansen, is still to explore the link between the Shorter/Coltrane world on one side and electric blues/Hendrix on the other, but without having to turn everything up to eleven. Sporting four originals and two covers - McCoy Tyner's "Contemplation" and Albert Ayler´s "Angels" - this is easily their most confident, spiritual, heartfelt and fully realized album. "Gamle Plata Til Arne" originates from the first ever jam session they had before starting the band and the album closer "Lola Mit Dem Gorgonzola" is an elegant slice of Scandinavian summer melancholy, in a jazz tradition first explored by legendary Swedish jazz pianist Jan Johanson in the mid '60s.

Useful and very well done - Bravo!

I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review.
Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review.
I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!!

All the information you need to start your first project
Format: Paperback
In the past few years, I have read a couple of books about flipping houses and purchased some paid programs online. This book has so much valuable information that it's by far the most useful one, even compared to the paid 'training program.' When I read it, I can truly feel Elisa's genuineness in sharing her knowledge and experience. I actually finished my first flip before reading this book, now looking back I wish I had read it to avoid some of the mistakes I made. Thank you Elisa for publishing this book.

The definitive how-to guide to get started flipping houses
Format: Paperback
This is the perfect book to get started flipping houses. It is comprehensive and knowledgeable. It includes all the basic information you must learn to have a shot at being successful. It also goes into great detail on many aspects of flipping. The answers to questions you have and even questions you didn't know you had are all in there. Many thanks to Elisa for this awesome book and great videos on her YouTube channel.
